Thomas Chittenden Health Center is a family health care clinic that has been in existence since 1969.  We have six physicians, 3 nurse practitioners and 2 physician’s assistants.  TCHC has an on-site laboratory and x-ray services.  Our practice prides itself on our quality patient care and our same day appointments.  We also offer weekend appointments for acute problems.
